The client has the right to withdraw from the contracted service within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of contracting the service, except if the service has been fully executed or whose execution has begun provided that the consumer has given their prior consent and acknowledged the loss. of your right of withdrawal.

To withdraw from the contract, the client must notify CARRILLO ASESORES of his decision to withdraw from the contract through any of the following means:

In the withdrawal request, the client must:

Indicate the following information: name and surname, contracted service from which you withdraw, email address, telephone number and means through which you want to receive the paid price.

Attach a photocopy of your NIF

Upon receipt of the withdrawal request, we will reimburse the price paid for the provision of the service in the shortest possible time and within 14 calendar days at most. If the client has requested that the provision of the service begin during the withdrawal period, he must pay an amount proportional to the part of the service already provided at the time of receipt of his withdrawal.

The reimbursement will be made in the same means of payment used for the initial contracting of the service, unless the client chooses a different reimbursement method.

The right of withdrawal has no cost whatsoever for the customer except for those expenses resulting from the customer's choice of a reimbursement method other than the less expensive mode of ordinary delivery.

Once the withdrawal request is received, we will contact the client through his email to give effect to his right.
