José Gabriel Carrillo Fernández is a founding partner and head of the Legal Department at Carrillo.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Murcia and a Master’s degree in Legal Consulting from CEU San Pablo University, and has more than three decades of experience providing legal advice and developing legal strategies for companies, both in business development processes and in specific projects and transactions.

Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams of professionals, coordinating complex projects from both a legal and business perspective. He specializes particularly in commercial and corporate law, with a focus on corporate law, family businesses, and bankruptcy law—areas in which he advises organizations on growth, reorganization, and professionalization, paying special attention to technological and strategic impacts.
