Javier Martínez-Conesa is a member of Carrillo's commercial practice, where he advises companies, partners, and business groups on corporate transactions, corporate reorganization processes, and commercial contracts.

He specializes in commercial law, M&A, and corporate law, with experience in the sale and purchase of companies and ownership interests, corporate restructuring transactions, structural changes, and corporate growth or transformation processes.

His practice encompasses legal counsel on mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions, capital increases and reductions, shareholder agreements, corporate agreements, and business reorganizations, providing a practical perspective both during the analysis and planning phases and in the execution of the transaction.

Before joining Carrillo, he built his career in the energy sector, participating in domestic and international M&A transactions, complex commercial contracts, public bids, and corporate restructuring processes.

His profile combines technical business knowledge with entrepreneurial vision, enabling him to assist companies with strategic transactions in which it is essential to organize the corporate structure, anticipate legal risks, and properly document each phase of the process.

He holds a law degree from the University of Valencia and a Master’s degree in Legal Practice from Rey Juan Carlos University. He is a practicing attorney.
